This is a weekly blog for reflections and opinions of organizational and management
issues, based on readings and stories I have collected over time. What I write in
this space are my commentaries, but I will adhere to my principles of using factual
data and evidence-based studies whenever possible. To the majority of people
working in medium-to-large organizations, organizations are never sensible.
However, we hope for – in fact, we must strive for – sensible policies and practices
in organizations. In other words, organizations should move toward being sensible.
